1.3 Communications

We retain records of support tickets, email correspondence, and live chat logs for service quality, training, and dispute resolution purposes.

1.4 Customer Content

We do not inspect or access the data you store on your dedicated server except as strictly required to provide support you have requested, or as legally compelled by a valid court order.

We retain account data for the duration of your active subscription plus 90 days after termination to facilitate account recovery. Billing records are retained for 7 years to comply with financial regulations. Server access logs are retained for 90 days. Support tickets are retained for 3 years.

Upon written request, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements and active billing obligations.
