All plans are billed monthly in advance. Your billing cycle starts on your provisioning date and renews on the same day each month. You'll receive an invoice by email 3 days before each renewal. We accept credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfer for annual plans.
No — zero setup fees on all plans. What you see on the pricing page is exactly what you pay from day one. No onboarding charges, no activation fees, no cancellation fees.
Yes. All month-to-month plans can be cancelled any time before your next billing cycle via the client portal or by emailing billing@gvoservers.com. We do not offer prorated refunds for the current billing month, but you won't be charged again after cancellation.
Yes. Prepay 3 months and save 10%. Prepay 12 months and save 20%. Enterprise custom agreements with 24-month terms are available at negotiated discounts. Contact our sales team for multi-server volume pricing.
We retry failed payments 3 times over 7 days and send email notifications at each attempt. If payment is not resolved within 10 days, services are suspended (not deleted). You have 30 days to settle the outstanding invoice before data is permanently removed.

Inbound traffic (data sent to your server from the internet) is never counted or charged on any GVO plan. Only outbound traffic (data sent from your server to the internet) is included in your plan limit. Most workloads are inbound-dominant, so this matters.
You'll receive an email alert when you hit 80% of your outbound quota. Overage is billed at $0.005/GB. We never throttle or suspend your server — usage simply continues with overage metered. You can also upgrade your plan or add a bandwidth top-up.
Yes. Additional IPv4 addresses are available at $2/IP/month (justification required for blocks of 4+). All dedicated plans include a /64 IPv6 block at no cost. Enterprise plans include /48 IPv6 blocks and support for BGP announcements of your own IP space.
Yes — always-on DDoS mitigation is active on all plans with zero configuration required. Layer 3/4 volumetric and layer 7 application-layer attacks are handled automatically. Mitigation capacity is 1Tbps on standard plans and multi-Tbps on Enterprise plans with custom rules available.
Yes. Our infrastructure and operations are ISO 27001 certified, with annual audits by an accredited certification body. We also hold SOC 2 Type II attestation covering security, availability, and confidentiality trust service criteria. Audit reports are available to Enterprise customers under NDA.
Yes. GVO Servers processes data in accordance with GDPR. We are registered as a Data Controller and Data Processor under applicable EU law. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request for customers who require it. EU-region deployments are physically isolated to EU data centers.
Yes — penetration testing of your own servers is permitted with prior written notification. Open a support ticket at least 48 hours before your planned test window, providing source IPs and the target IP range. Do not conduct tests against infrastructure outside your own allocation.
All GVO data centers are Tier III+ facilities with 24/7 on-site security staff, biometric + keycard access, CCTV coverage across all areas, and mantrap entry systems. Physical access is logged and reviewed. Third-party audits of physical security controls are conducted annually.
All hosting plans include free migration. Open a support ticket, provide your current host's login credentials, and our team handles everything — files, databases, emails, and DNS — with minimal downtime. Most migrations complete within 4 hours. We offer zero-downtime migration using a temporary domain preview.
All web hosting plans use cPanel with WHM access on Agency plans. cPanel is the industry standard and includes File Manager, phpMyAdmin, Softaculous (1-click WordPress/Joomla/Drupal installs), email account management, and SSL certificate management.
Backups run daily at 2:00 AM UTC and are stored on off-server storage for 7 days (Starter), 30 days (Business), or 60 days (Agency). Restore is one-click via cPanel — no ticket needed. Full account backups include all files, databases, and email data.
Our team is online 24/7. Real engineers — not scripts. Average first response under 15 minutes.
