This policy describes when and how refunds are available for GVO Servers products.
GVO Servers operates a straightforward refund policy. We believe in transparent pricing and aim to ensure every customer is satisfied with their service. This policy describes the circumstances under which refunds are available.
New customers on Eco and Premium server plans receive a 7-day money-back guarantee if they are not satisfied with the service for any reason.
Eco and Premium tier customers who are dissatisfied with their service may request a full refund within 7 days of initial provisioning. To be eligible, the account must be in good standing (no AUP violations) and this must be the customer's first dedicated server order with GVO Servers.
After the initial 7-day period, we do not provide prorated refunds for the current billing month upon voluntary cancellation. Your service remains active until the end of the paid period.
Annual prepay customers who cancel after the 7-day guarantee period may receive a prorated refund for complete unused months remaining, less a 15% administration fee. Partial months are not refunded.
Enterprise server plans are subject to the refund terms specified in your individual service agreement. Contact your account manager for details.
If GVO Servers fails to provision your server within the timeframes stated on our website, or if hardware failures result in prolonged outages not covered by SLA credits, we will issue a prorated refund or credit at our discretion.
All web hosting plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of signup, contact billing@gvoservers.com for a full refund of your first month's payment.
Domain registration fees and SSL certificate purchases are non-refundable once the domain has been registered or the certificate issued.
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
To request a refund, email billing@gvoservers.com with your account email, order number, and reason for the refund. We aim to process all eligible refund requests within 5 business days.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Credit card refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank. PayPal refunds are typically instant.
Account credits may be offered as an alternative to cash refunds at a higher value than the cash equivalent. Credits never expire and can be applied to any future invoice.
